Interim Pastor Dr. Benny Pate
Benny serves the Georgia Baptist Convention as Specialist in Leadership Ministries. Prior to coming to Atlanta, Benny served as the Ministry Resource Consultant to the Southeast Georgia Region for five years.
Benny is a graduate of Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. He earned his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He has served as a pastor and has been active in association and convention ministries. He has served most recently as pastor to First Baptist Church of Blackshear, Georgia . Benny and his wife, Sandra, live in Dacula, Georgia and have three children.

Pastor
Mike Sarratt
Mike has served several
churches in the Atlanta area and elsewhere for a number of years as
Youth Minister, Music Minister, and Minister of Education. He
holds a Masters from Southwestern
Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelors from Georgia
State University. Mike is a composer and an accomplished
musician and enjoys a variety of outdoor sports. So
far, he has resisted the urgings from the Mars Hill family to change his
team loyalty. So, he remains a fan of Georgia
Tech.

Minister to Children and Students
Travis Graham
A Middle Georgia native, Travis has served several churches in the Southeast as Youth Minister, Associate Pastor, and Pastor. He holds a Bachelors from Brewton-Parker College and a Masters from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Travis enjoys hunting, fishing, and the Dawgs! He is married to Holly, a Middle Georgian as well, and they have one daughter, Izzy, a Miniature Schnauzer.

Summer Minister to Children
Amy ChildersAmy Childers is a native Georgian, a college student at Missouri Baptist University and resident of St. Louis, MO. Amy is a very energetic and super-nice person who has felt the calling to serve the Lord in the specific area of Children's Ministry since a very young age. Amy has multiple levels of Children's Ministry experience including AWANA leadership, VBS leadership, Summer Missionary experience with leading a children's and youth ministry, as well as being the developer, organizer, and coordinator of Kidz Connection, the nursery ministry for the morning worship services at her home church. Amy is an amazing person who truly loves the Lord and wants to integrate children into the church, not as the "church of tomorrow" but as the "church of today."
